Refund Policy

Deposits

 

A 20% deposit is required to confirm and secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable. It covers initial planning, administrative costs, and secures your date.

 

Cancellations by the Client

    •    If you cancel your booking more than 60 days before the event date, any payments made beyond the deposit will be refunded.

    •    If you cancel within 60 days of the event date, the full balance may still be required, depending on the circumstances and any costs already incurred.

 

Cancellations by Seán Tinker

 

In the rare event that Seán Tinker must cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (such as illness or an emergency), every effort will be made to find a suitable replacement performer. If no replacement can be arranged, you will receive a full refund, including the deposit.

 

Changes to Bookings

 

We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate new dates, but availability cannot be guaranteed. The deposit can be transferred to a new date at our discretion.
